Software We are a PC based company and currently use Adobe Creative Suite 3 (CS3) software. All files supplied must be CS3 and PC compatible

Vector Images are required for all vinyl-cut jobs with text converted to paths or outlines.

Bitmap Images for desktop printing are required at a minimum resolution of 200dpi. Bitmaps for large format print jobs are required at a minimum of 72dpi and fullsize.

Files Under 15MB can be sent to any TSS email address. Files in excess of 15MB must be supplied by disc or sent using a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) facility.

To send large files quickly (and FREE of charge) we use yousendit.com Files up to 100MB can be uploaded to the site. Upon completion the intended recipient is emailed a link with download instuctions.

If you havn't used yousendit before you will need to sign up for a free account (spam is not an issue and there is no try then buy trial period). We have no affilliation with this site but from our experience it is the most effective tool for sending digital files.
